My Favourite Prayers and Affirmations
O’ oponopono prayer
The Ho'oponopono prayer for healing is a wonderful not only ourselves but also all our ancestral history. It’s a prayer to help to let go of any grievances or stories around your relationships and to open your heart wide to love and forgiveness.
The power is in the feeling and in the willingness to forgive and love.
Divine Creator: Mother, Father Son, Daughter in me,
If I, my family, relatives, or ancestors have done anything consciously or unconsciously, since the beginning of time until now, in thought word or deed, to offend you, your family relatives, or ancestors, we ask forgiveness.
Let this cleanse and purify, release and cut off all undesirable memories, blocks and negative energies and transmute them in pure light.
And so it is
You may also use Ho'oponopono prayer as a mantra anytime you need to release anything that is not well in your life by just repeating the phrases over and over
Think of a situation you want to heal and say these phrases or mantra in any order
Please forgive me.
I love you.
Below is another powerful way to use this prayer on every situation:
"For everything that I do not like in my present life, in my past life, in my work and what is around me, Divine Spirit/ God, cleanse in me what is contributing to my scarcity- I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you, I thank you.
If I experience anxiety, worry, guilt, sadness, pain, I pronounce and think to myself-my memories I love you. Let this cleanse and purify, release and cut off all undesirable memories, blocks and negative energies and transmute them in pure light.
And so it is.
I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you, I thank you "

The prayer that Jesus taught us
Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Affirmations are very powerful. They are inspirational, positive statements that be said aloud or in silence. Saying daily affirmations helps reprogram our negative self-talk and so it helps to manifest more positive thinking, feeling and experiences in our lives.
One of my favourite authors is Louise Hay. Here she teaches us that we need to Learn to think in positive affirmations.
Affirmations can be any statement you make.
Too often we think in negative affirmations. Negative affirmations only create more of what you say you don’t want. Saying, “I hate my job,” will get you nowhere. Declaring, “I now accept a wonderful new job,” will open the channels in your consciousness to create that.
Continually make positive statements about how you want your life to be. However, there is one point that is very important in this: Always make your statement in the PRESENT TENSE, such as “I am” or “I have.”
Your subconscious mind is such an obedient servant that if you declare in the future tense, “I want,” or “I will have,” then that is where that idea will always stay — just out of your reach in the future!
See below some simple but powerful affirmations
I am willing to change.
I am willing to release old, negative beliefs. They are only thoughts that stand in my way. My new thoughts are positive and fulfilling.
I bless everything I come across today with acceptance and love
I am not limited by any past thinking. I choose my thoughts with care. I constantly have new insights and new ways of looking at my world. I am willing to change and grow.
Every thought I think is creating my future.
The Universe totally supports every thought I choose to think and believe. I have unlimited choices about what I think. I choose balance, harmony, and peace, and I express it in my life.
